Our quad sprayer range offers excellent value for money and gives impressive results. Easily fixed onto the rack of an ATV, these sprayers are perfect for use inside commercial green houses, equestrian centres, garden estates, golf courses, parks and othe large areas. These heavy duty units are equipped with a pressure activated pump and a wide selection of sprayer booms and nozzles for various spraying tasks. We can advise on the best sprayer and boom configuration to fit individual spraying requirements, to achieve the best results. Budget Boom

The (FG151012) is designed to fit units that sit directly onto the front or rear of an ATV. The spray boom is height adjustable and effective for small spraying jobs. 
Features:

• Height adjustable.
• 1.5M spray. 120cm width.
• Only needs a pump delivery of 6.8L.
• This attachment includes diaphragm check valve nozzle holders.
• An outside nozzle can be independently switched off.
• These booms have 3 nozzle assemblies with 50cm spacing between each nozzle.

Boomless Nozzles

The boomless nozzles from the Silver Series range are designed to be fitted onto a sprayer with a minimum pump capacity of 11.4L up to 7M and 19L for the 12M boom. These spray booms are ideal for spraying around objects that can't be moved or around rough grounds. Having optional pumps with different power specifications will ensure the correct spray application, flow, delivery rate and pressure.

Boom Kits

• The boom kit (FG151050) can be used with 8.3L sprayer pumps or larger. The booms are fitted with deflector DT3.0 grey nozzles at 100cm spacing, and are 1M wide, with nozzles positioned at each end which give and overall spray range of 2M.

• The (FG152060) boom is 3M long can be used for a multitude of applications. An ATV sprayer with a pump of 11.4L or larger is required for using these attachments. Fitted with flat fan type spray nozzles and spaced at 50cm, the 3M spring loaded booms have a vertical fold capacity. These spray booms are supplied with an on/off valve, hose and all the necessary fittings and require some small assembly.

 

• The (FG151060) boom kits are designed to cover large lawns or paddocks providing a wide-angle spray. A pump of 11.4L or larger is required for using these attachments. The booms are fitted with deflector DT2.50 brown nozzles, spaced at 100cm. The 2M wide boom has a nozzle positioned at each end to give an overall spray range of 3M.

 

• Designed for coverage of large areas, with a wide spray angle, the (FG151065) boom attachment requires a pump of 11.4L/m or larger.​ These booms are fitted with a deflector DT2.0 red nozzles at 100cm spacing. They are 3M wide, with a nozzle positioned at each end to give an overall spray of 4M.

 

• The (FG152065) is considered a versatile kit because of its many uses. A sprayer with a pump of 11.4L or larger is required for using this attachment. The booms are fitted with a flat fan type set of nozzles spaced at 50cm, and are spring loaded with a vertical fold capability. They are supplied with all the required fittings, for minimal assembly.

Versatile Booms

The (FG151015) Versatile Booms are 1.3M wide and can be easily fitted onto any ATV sprayer with a pump of 11.4L or bigger. A sequence of nozzles can be switched off to allow spraying at different angles and in different directions.

The spray coverage of these booms is approximately 4M. An add-on kit that contains a larger capacity pump than the 11.4L minimum standard output is also available.

​These implements come with 3 standard anti drip nozzle assemblies across the middle section and a side spray nozzle on each side that can be adjusted in angle and shut off individually if required.
