Julie Abbley from Cirencester uses the paddock cleaner PC500SH4WA (wide axle) to clean after 2 ponies and maintain 6 acres of land. Her land is mainly flat with a slight slope but drains well. Julie said to us: “Looking after the animals and paddocks was a difficult task to keep on top of because of other commitments, so the paddock cleaner has been very useful. This is a fabulous machine. It picks up solid and runny poo without pulling up or breaking the grass. I do have to stand on a box to pull the starter cord but that is a minor issue, otherwise an excellent machine that I would recommend to anyone and everyone. I do not know how I managed without it before!

David Douglas-Mort from Axminster has 12 acres of land which has flat and sloping areas and 4 paddocks with 2 heavy horses. Looking after the paddocks was hard work and time consuming before getting his paddock cleaner. After his purchase, David sent us the following review: “I really liked that when I rang, Keith answered every query, giving pros and cons. I never felt I was being “sold” something but given a lot of comprehensive facts which allowed me to make up my mind. When I had ordered, I did not regret my decision at all, even though it was not cheap for my budget. As Royce said, “they remember the quality much longer than the cost”. The ordering and delivery were faultless. I am totally happy with the paddock cleaner and the service”.

Charles Reed from Newton Abbot (Devon) wanted a machine that will clean a concrete, slopy track of approximately 1.4km and 5M wide. Leaves and debris being the main problem. Clearing the track by sweeping, blowing, shovelling etc. would normally take him a long time and would also be exhausting having to repeat this process several times a year. The PC120 paddock cleaner sweeper was ideal for his needs. With electric start and tipping, the job gets done quickly and easily. Charles is now another Fresh Group Product’s happy customer.

Angela Thomas from Brentwood (Essex). With 4 horses and 5 grazing acres of paddocks to clean, even dividing the chores between 3 people was time consuming and hard work specially for the older person of the 3, being 78 years old. Her comment after buying the paddock cleaner was: “This machine is superb and has helped us immensely. Thank you, Fresh Group Products”.

Sosi Kaskanian from Pye (East Sussex) has 12 acres of land with 2 horses and 30 sheep. Her land is flat but having to poo pick manually was still hard work and time consuming. After buying the PC500PH4 paddock cleaner, Sosi said: “The paddock cleaner does exactly what you want it to do. It is great and picks up perfectly. I cannot fault the product and would highly recommend it. Great service as well.

Lesley Parker from Linlithgow (West Lothian) owns 14 acres of land divided into 10 paddocks with a total of 18 horses. Her land is mainly flat with a few inclines and well-kept rather than poached. Before having a paddock cleaner, Lesley said: “Poo picking manually used to be hard work and a slow process, as well as tiring. Having a paddock vacuum is great. I love it. This is my second paddock cleaner… I have upgraded in size. My old paddock cleaner was the PC500SH4 and the new one is the PC1000SH4”. About Fresh Group Products, she said: “I am a repeat customer... fabulous service. I would highly recommend”.

Elaine and Terry Mason (North Yorkshire). Elaine and Terry own 8 paddocks totalling 15 acres during summer which results in bigger fields in the winter. They found the PC1000SH4WA (swivel/wide axle) they bought to be perfect for cleaning after their 17 horses and ponies and their mainly flat with some undulations terrain. Their comments about the paddock cleaner and Fresh Group Products were: "This paddock vacuum is a 5-star product. The response, product knowledge, politeness when ordering, and delivery service we got, was all first class!"
18/06/2020
Tracey Carpenter from Forres (Morayshire). Tracey bought the PC1000SH4 towable wide axle paddock cleaner to take care of 9 acres of land split into 6 paddocks and 14 lovely Alpacas. Tracey’s review of this paddock cleaner was: “Before we had the paddock cleaner, we had to manually poo pick, which was slow, hard work and time consuming as well as physically taxing for our backs (myself and my husband’s). Everything was a bit of a chore, specially poo picking on the long grass! The paddock cleaner is easy to use and makes poo picking so much quicker and easier! Fresh Group Products provided excellent service from start to finish. I would highly recommend to others. I give them and the paddock cleaner 5 stars”.

Olly Murphy from Stratford (Warwickshire) purchased the PC1000SH4WA paddock cleaner with a wide axle. He said to us: “Before having a paddock cleaner we used a manual method for poo picking which was slow and time-consuming so we bought a much-needed paddock cleaner for poo picking after 70 horses, making this task very efficient”. The Trafalgar paddock cleaner with the “clean fan system” that he bought stops the poo blocking the machine, so it is ideal for large collections and his type of set-up. He now has more free time in his hands to enjoy!

Rob Thomas from Pickering (North Yorkshire) bought the PC500PH4 paddock cleaner. Rob owns 4 donkeys and 1.5 acres of flat land that he used to maintain manually, being a slow process and hard work. His comments after buying the PC500PH4 paddock cleaner were: “This paddock cleaner has speeded up the poo picking task considerably. I would recommend the product and Fresh Group Products without hesitation”.

Harry Gretton from Sheffield (South Yorkshire) bought a PC450H4 paddock cleaner and a skip mount tow ball bracket. Harry owns 2 acres of grassland and a paddock with 2 horses, and he told us that “although the terrain is flattish, it gets muddy in the winter and manual poo picking used to be time consuming and hard work before buying the paddock vacuum. The paddock cleaner being fitted to the Muck Truck makes a good self-propelled solution”. About Fresh Group he said: “Excellent service and product knowledge”.

Peter Collins from Trowbridge (Wiltshire). The PC1000SH4 was the paddock cleaner of choice for Peter. With 5 acres, 12 paddocks, and 8 horses, he needed a paddock cleaner that could be used by people of different ages and strengths, for poo picking and maintaining his land. Delighted with his purchase, Peter said: “Before having the paddock cleaner, poo picking was time-consuming and there were lots of flies around the paddocks”. About Fresh Group Products he said: “Polite, efficient service”. Peter himself made the wide wheel variation to the paddock cleaner in 3 hours after discussions with Keith before and after the purchase, initially thinking he wouldn`t need the wide axle variant.

Paul Temple from Driffield (East Yorkshire) went for the PC500PH4 paddock cleaner model. “We bought a paddock cleaner from Keith many years ago at a Show (Burghley to memory). Recently we opted to upgrade the old machine that served us very well for many years”. Now, with 20 horses to look after and 15 acres of grass to maintain, after buying his 2nd paddock cleaner, Paul’s comment was: "Great Product! I would recommend it and Fresh Group Products as well".

Davina Gray from Ardee (Ireland) bought the PC120 paddock sweeper. Davina bought the paddock cleaner sweeper to maintain 10 acres across 4 paddocks with 6 horses! Her land is flat, although one paddock has a slight slope. She, herself (a young woman) would be the one using the machine. In her words: “The paddock cleaner has been a game-changer. The backup service from Keith has been super to ensure that I got the paddock sweeper up and running smoothly. The paddock sweeper is easy to use and the electric start and electric tipper mean that the hopper is easy to empty and my paddocks have never looked as good, and it takes only a quarter of the time than manually collecting it as I was before.

Jan Cottam from Reading bought the PC1000SH4WA Towable Wide Axle Paddock Cleaner in 2018 and has been using it ever since with great results.

With 2 acres, and 3 paddocks of grass for their Shetland Pony (Rolo) to graze on, and a mix of flat and sloping terrain with long grass, they commented on the paddock cleaner purchase and service: “Excellent response, product knowledge unbelievable, follow up, order process, and delivery all 100%. Easy to use, just a magic machine. I do not know how we ever coped without it. Excellent for poo lifting and collecting leaves. I think everything has been covered. Keith described the machine perfectly. A proper GENTLEMAN to deal with”.

Colette Light from Shermanbury (West Sussex), needed a paddock cleaner to poo pick after her horses. With a mixture of flat and sloping terrain and 60 acres to maintain, manual poo picking was tiring and time consuming. After buying and using the PC1000SH4WA paddock cleaner, Colette found she could do loads more work with little effort, and she was very appreciative of the machine and Fresh Group Products.
28/06/2013
Tom Eggar from Oxford bought the PC1000PH4 paddock cleaner vacuum for the maintenance of 5 acres of land on the side of a steep valley and 4 horses. Jacqueline Wigley from Oldham (Lancashire) bought the Trafalgar paddock cleaner PC500 swivel with a wide axle 8 years ago to maintain her 23 acres of land (very sloping) with 7 paddocks and track system in 4 of the larger paddocks. Jacqueline has had experience with paddock cleaners before that were heavy and awkward to use. She recently provided us with a review on the Trafalgar paddock cleaner that she purchased from Fresh Group Products: “I have had my paddock cleaner for several years. It is easy to use even on our sloping ground by one person (even a woman – if I can be sexist as I am that woman using it on my own!). The whole operation is easy to manage – from hitching up to emptying and cleaning out. I am delighted with it. I would give Fresh Group Products and the paddock cleaner top marks”. Jacqueline made this additional comment: “The paddock vacuum is fab, the only bonus I would wish for is something that cannot be provided. It would be useful to know how full the tub is at any time, but it is not possible to see inside so hey ho. But Keith did explain (which was obvious when he explained it) that when it is full there is a decrease in suction and the engine tone changes”.

Michael Goldsmith from Wellingborough (Northamptonshire). Michael bought a PC500SH4 paddock cleaner. His set consisted of 3 paddocks for domestic animals totalling 5 acres, where the paddock cleaner is used and a further 25 acres for sheep grazing where there is no requirement for poo removal. With 1 Pony, 4 alpacas, and 3 llamas flat grass grazing (good short pastures), his comments about the paddock cleaner were: “Excellent product. The paddock vacuum has worked perfectly and has responded well to maintenance and servicing. The supplier was helpful when there was an initial major fault, but the part was replaced within 48 hours and their response was polite, apologetic, and helpful. Effective, easy to use, and to tow behind a range of tractors and other vehicles, including a Gator. Easy to empty and to clean, but it does like all machines, need regular maintenance”.
